Responsibilities:This position is focused on opportunity qualification, partnership development, and positioning. * Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Federal Digital Services domain. * Support an annual pipeline target to prioritize the most promising revenue generating opportunities and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with BD goals. * Build upon existing relationships with Federal Civilian agencies including but not limited to: Veteran s Affairs, Health and Human Services, Department of Education, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation, and General Services Administration, to understand their needs and present ICF solutions. * Lead 1-2 key capture efforts from identification through proposal per cycle. * Understand and anticipate the current/future needs of Federal Clients and ensure the team s awareness of current/future Requests for Proposals.
- Bachelor s degree.
- 8 years of overall experience and a minimum of 3 of proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with government and other high profile clients.
- Demonstrated existing relationships with key Federal and Civilian agencies, including proven success in selling digital, analytics, and application modernization.
- Understanding of the Federal Digital Strategy, Agile architecture and development, human centered design, lean start-up, IT modernization, accessibility, open data and DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience successfully building a pipeline, leading capture and proposal efforts, generating prime contract wins, and managing appropriate resources.
- Proven track record of consistently generating new leads across the Federal sales cycle

Strong Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. * Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and build upon strong client and internal relationships.
